Designed for a fortieth birthday, each shoe box is filled with chocolate and amaretto cake . The entire tower of cake is then adorned with a pair of pure Belgian chocolate Jimmy Choo shoes nestled on handmade white chocolate paper.
These shoes can be purchased separately and in several different designs with your favourite designers touch.
