You will learn how to fill, dip and decorate chocolates, adorn a miniature celebration cake and hand-sculpt a pure chocolate rose.
Listen to a coffee talk and join a tasting session with Ben, One Church's fabulous coffee boff. Using Small batch's single origin quality coffee and the latest coffee brewing apparatus you will master that perfect cup of coffee.

Dark Chocolate and White chocolate She Bakes sculpted cake. You will make a miniature version of this on the course and can take it home to share or NOT share. That is entirely up to you.
